Welcome to Embedded Computing and Control

Tiny motherboard includes PCI Express expansion

The compact Mini-ITX EmBoard with ExpressCard interface based on the Liantec TBM-1410 Tiny-Bus modular expansion solution supports ExpressCard/34 and ExpressCard/54 expansion modules. With the ability to expand via ExpressCard, systems integrators can build systems with the advanced PCI Express based ExpressCard interface on a compact Mini-ITX embedded motherboard measuring just 170 x 170mm. The Liantec ITX-6900 Mini-ITX EmBoard supports Intel mobile Pentium and Celeron M CPUs at 533MHz FSB, 2Gbyte of dual channel DDR2 memory, Intel GMCH built-in GMA graphics core, Azalia audio, Gigabit Ethernet, TV-out, PCI-Express based ExpressCard and Mini-PCI interfaces.

With its 170 x 170mm footprint and standard 1U height this makes it a compact platform for embedded systems integration.

With the Liantec TBM-1410 Tiny-Bus ExpressCard module, system integrators can build compact Mini-ITX systems that support the advanced PCI-Express based ExpressCard modules including the IEEE1394 FireWire, SATA II/RAID, memory cards and adapters, Gigabit Ethernet, DVB-T modules, SmartCard readers, CDMA/3G/GPRS WWAN and other ExpressCard-based devices.

The Tiny-Bus modular expansion solution offers the PCI-Express x16, PCI-Express x4/x1, dual channel Intel SDVO and two bus master PCI interfaces.
