Board deal completes embedded coverage

Addition of Lanner's x86-based processor boards allows DSP Design to offer a solution to almost every embedded computing application

DSP Design has been appointed as the exclusive UK and Ireland distributor for Lanner of Taiwan. Lanner produces a broad range of applied and industrial computing products that include low-cost high-performance x86-based processor boards in a number of form factors. These products are ideally suited for markets such as gaming, digital signage, kiosks etc.
DSP Design has a long track record in the UK embedded market and offers a range of small-form-factor low-power-consumption RISC-based products.

The combination of these two product ranges allows DSP design to offer a solution to almost every embedded computing application.

DSP Design has worked with Microsoft to offer comprehensive support for Windows Embedded operating systems.

The company will be using this expertise to offer QuickStart Windows Embedded solutions for the Lanner products.

DSP Design's technical expertise and product support has recently been acknowledged by Microsoft, which awarded DSP Design the Windows Embedded Partner Excellence award for EMEA.
